Europe is now secured for the time being, and while Russia is still a threat we don't need to worry about anything else in Europe. Thus, we can return to colonization. With new ports such as Riga and Reval, we can build up our navy to reach East Africa and beyond. First off we need to secure a foothold at the entrance to the Indian Ocean. Madagascar will serve well, as it is protected from raids from inland tribes due to being separated from the continent, and has good port opportunities. |
