Welcome. Things have changed a lot since you last showed up. To start off, England has spread it's influence to many surrounding nations, effectively turning Germany, Norway, Sweden and parts of Canada into its own puppet states. In response to these changes, Canada and the united states grew more defensive, and ought France and Spain trying to work out an agreement with England, nothing worked, resulting in the two nations to merge into a single body to survive. While these events were occurring on the other side of the globe, tension started to build up between china and japan, as one of Japan's main governors was assasinated. The man who was charged of the felony, although speaking a foreign language not present in china. As tension escalated across the globe, China was the first to take the plunge in an overnight attack of one of Japan's most important ports. In response to this raid, Japan sent a fleet to take some of their land. In the reoccurring chaos, most countries knew they couldn't hide behind their different political bodies anymore. This time in history has been charted by many historians as "The great purge of 2043" where most governing bodies present in the world were replaced with fierce dictatorships. Many small countries fell, and several poor ones too. The dictature of Hispano - France was very present in these years of conflict, nearly engulfing the entirety of Africa. Japan, facing no resistance, took over several southern countries like India, China and Vietnam. southernmost of them lied the Philippines, and fearing to be also absorbed by the Millitary Dictatural Body of Japan, the islands surrendered themselves to Australia's dictatorial body. But not all countries changed - many decided to not wage war, and to work on keeping their citizens healthy and well. That was until overpopulation became a problem, forcing these countries to go to war. |
