Outer Forces have successfully destroyed pro Inner Forces in Pakistan, Iraq, and Yemen. Russia is worried about the fall of Iran, but they haven't joined the war just yet, though their Central Asian allies, Tajikistan and Kyrgyzstan, are helping. There is good news for the Inner forces. Firstly, Turkey is refusing to join the Outer Powers due to their support for the Kurds in Iraq, Israel isn't joining to avoid annoying any Arab states, and Egypt isn't directly helping for economic reasons. This means Saudi Arabia is the only Middle Eastern power we have to deal with. Secondly, the new Afghan government has agreed to help in the liberation of Pakistan in return for being recognized.
