NATO and friends vs Warsaw Pact vs People's republics (Asian Communists) vs Expanded Arab League

Short Backstory:
You are the supreme allied commander of NATO. In this alternate timeline, The USSR's poor handling of Chernobyl was so bad NATO was forced to declare war. Nuclear weapons use in Central Europe has decimated both sides forces there. Cuba sided with The USSR and Mexico sided with NATO, so now central America has descended into anarchy. China betrayed the USSR when they sensed weakness and took control of Argentina. Finally, the Arab League and India have decided to join in on the war, thinking they could win if the other sides are busy fighting each other. Will you be able to guide NATO through this difficult time?
Reinforcement cards are set up to be similar to nukes, except that the armies actually conquer an area, and don't just destroy it.
Each turn is 1 year in game.

Longer backstory:
North America: USA and Canada were already part of NATO, but they pressured Mexico to join in the war against the USSR and it's allies. Cuba, an ally of the Soviets, had secretly stockpiled nukes. Afraid to use them against NATO directly, they opted to nuke Mexico when they found out about it's NATO ties. Mexico retaliated with non-nuclear bombing, essentially wiping Cuba off the map. In the end, Mexico still collapsed from the social and physical damage of the war.
South America: NATO succesfully pressured Colombia into joining their side and defeating the USSR ally Venezuela. Chinese funded communists overthrew the governments of Argentina, Chile, and Uruguay to form a new puppet state: The People's republic of Rosario. Brazil decided to remain neutral, and has gathered significant forces in order to resist either side invading them.
Europe: The Warsaw Pact engaged NATO in Germany and the Balkans, with both sides using nukes. the war expanded to all of central and southern Europe, leaving the land devastated. Scandinavia joined NATO.
Asia: China betrayed the USSR early on to gain control of East Asia all for itsel
