Now that you have defeated the Samnites, you are the dominant power in the region. However, you have not yet encountered the major powers in the mediterranean: Carthage and the Greek Kingdoms. The Roman Republic had a dispute with a Greek Colony in south Italy, however, they have asked for the aid of Epirus, a Greek Kingdom, to come to their aid.
