I like large maps and the grand strategy. Reminds me of the hours I spent playing Avalon Hill boardgames. The record for the previous version was 21 turns (!); So here is a tweak: Defense stronger and attack weaker; Reinforcement card dilluted but will still be bothersom. More bombs but fewer Emergency Blockades. You start with more oomph but the neutrals are stronger. You have a slew of spy cards and chain attack -- which was the key to the first version -- so use them.
