The European communist states abandoned communism and through several treaties it was decided that the former members of the Warsaw pact would become neutral countries, free to govern themselves without the influence of communism. These neutral states would serve as a buffer zone between NATO and Russia. Russia supported these treaties however NATO wished for eastern Europe to join NATO. As tensions rose the USA declared war on Russia. So far no other member of NATO has joined the USA in their war. You orders are to swiftly take Alaska, which the Tsar plans to make a part of Russia, and put an end to this war before other NATO members join. |
