You have been chosen by the United Galactic Confederacy to bring the Earthian Solar System under UGC authority. We have several concerning reports regarding this Solar System. One, it seems like there is no central authority governing this rather primitive system, with Earth at world war. Taking advantage of this chaos, the dreaded 5 gangs of Zheng Shi have invaded Earth. The Cyber Punks have taken over most of Earth’s satellites and all of its ports. The Rat’s Raiders have neutralized all resistance at the Space Elevator, while the Star Vipers have gained control of the Space Center. The Corona Lords and Jumper gang have taken an auxiliary support role. Meanwhile, the galaxy’s most cruel slavers, the Black Void, have set up shot on the Galilean moons to enslave both the Martian Union and Miner’s Confederacy. The Union and Confederacy are weakened from years of war with each other, but have banded together when faced with a common enemy. Intelligence reports also suspect that your evil cousin, Jill, has sent Terminator droids to the rouge capitalist Zaibatsu HQ located in their private Dyson Sphere, likely aiming to pacify this solar system before you can do so.
