Description

With the only non-Racismtwo superpower being the Soviet Union, it looks like Racismtwo is going to dominate the Globe. However, despite being so good at working together for so long, France and England got into dispute over Vanuatu. This escalated to a full blown war. The Soviets, their East Asian allies, and a coalition of South American Countries have decided it's time to destroy these governments or risk near human extinction.
