This mod allows territories to be randomly swapped with other players at the end of the turn. This mod is much more customizable than the previous Swap Territories mod. For example, you can decide which special units or structures (like cities) can or can't be swapped. You can customize how often territories swap. All territories that can be 'safely swapped' will be - avoids mixing territory owner and multiple special unit owners on same territory. The chance of territories swapping is decided on a territory by territory basis.
