The Tournament Host can Invite players, he can Enable Forward Invites, and/or make it an Open Tournament. It's important to remember that these settings are only modifiable on Tournament creation.
The Max Accepted and Invited players into a tournament are equal to four times the total number of players the Tournament will involve.
