This mod skips attacks/transfers that go around the map. For example on Small Earth, attacks/transfers between Alaska (North America) and Kamchatka (Asia) will be skipped. Same applies to Bomb Cards.
If players make an order which is not allowed under these conditions, they will receive an alert from the mod when the game refreshes.
