This mod adds Medics to the game. Medics only recover armies on territories it borders and cannot recover armies while attacking. Medics only recover armies which belong to the same player that bought the Medic. If a territory that has a Medic is attacked and there is not a territory that has another medic owned by the same player that is connected to the territory, armies will not be recovered.

Commerce must be enabled for the mod to take effect.

Game creators can customize:

  • The amount of gold to purchase a Medic
  • The percentage of armies that are recovered by Medics
  • The amount of armies a Medic is worth
  • The maximum number of Medic units a player can have before buying another

To purchase a Medic, go to Build > Medics. They can only be purchased on territories the player buying it owns. Purchasing a Medic can happen during any turn phase. If the territory no longer belongs to the player buying the Medic by the time the order is being processed, the order swill be skipped and the player will get their gold back.
