This mod adds the Priest special unit to the game. Whenever an order that has any Priests attacking, armies that are would normally be killed from the player issuing the attack will be saved (the defending territory's armies are not saved). The saved ("converted") armies will be added to the territory the Priest was on before the order happened. Similar for when they defend.
This mod requires using commerce to be enabled.
Game creators can customize:
* How much gold it costs to buy a Priest (defaults to 25, min 1, max 40).
* How much armies a Priest is worth while attacking or defending (defaults to 1, min 1, max 30).
* How many Priests a player can have until they are not allowed to buy any more (defaults to 3, min 1, max 5).
* The percentage of armies converted by a Priest when it attacks or defends (defaults to 50%, min 1%, max 100%).
* If armies being converted is enabled when a Priest attacks (defaults to enabled).
* If armies being converted is enabled when a Priest is defends (defaults to enabled).

To purchase a Priest, go to Build > FULLPAGENAME. Priests can only be bought on territories that the player buying them owns. Buying a Priest can happen during any turn phase. If at the time a purchase order is being processed, the cost in the settings is the greater than the cost in the order or is non-existent, a unit will not be bought and the player will not be given their gold back. If at the time the purchase order is processed, player has tried to buy more Priests than the limit, a unit will not be bought and the player will not get their gold back.
