Late Airlifts
Late airlift was created by user dabo1. It modifies the Airlift Card to happen at the end of the turn instead of at the beginning. This mods adds another strategic level to the game, as it acts more like a transport of armies than a reinforcement. If the territory you airlift to is lost, the order is canceled.
