This mod makes sure that starting territories of players at least x territories away from each other. If they are too close, they will be attempted to be moved away. This may not always work due to the way the game is configured; the number of starts or distance apart should be reduced.
This mod only works in automatic distribution games that do not use a custom scenario.
The mod assumes the game uses full distribution as the distribution may not be correctly applied when moving starting positions.
