AI Central

This mod allows game creators to place restrictions on AIs, both humans turned into AIs and normal AIs. Game creators can prevent AIs from doing any of the following:

• Making deployments
• Building cities (or any other GameOrderPurchase)
• Playing cards - Blockade, Bomb, Diplomacy, Emergency Blockade, Reinforcement
• Making any type of attack or transfer order

AIs will still have those orders in their orders list but their orders will be skipped, meaning such orders will not happen.
