On a side note, why is it that the 3rd-ranked team on the 2v2 ladder only make 5 picks?

I would've thought such people would be ranked lower in competitive play.

is it just me or do 99% of the players on the 1v1 ladder try to triple pick? maybe it is a successful tactic in that rank range...
