CORP is on a rise

I believe CORP were considered major underdogs in this.


RIP to those who thought that

CORP still has a long way to go, but hopefully this is going to quiet down the people who've underestimated the clan due to its forum drama. Despite all the weird stuff with Kapy/Panda/etc., the clan's got a good leadership core that puts in the effort every day to make sure the clan delivers value to its members. And I for one think that's going to pay off this season.

EDIT: I guess part of this should be directed at me. But I'm glad CORP has reached new heights without me, even when I doubted it. :D

Objectively what can be said about CORP is that they have a good player in mm3100. mm3100 has won 8 out of the 11 (73%) wins for the clan. That is far too soon to be declaring CORP a rising clan.

The rest of CORP needs to start pulling their weight before generalizations can be made.

Well, for an outsider like you, yes- that's all the available data so far. As someone who's played mm3100 and operated a significant chunk of CORP's strategic operations (including the first phase of its CL7 preparation), I have enough data to extrapolate from that.

But for some I may say its not only about 1v1
Look at our 2v2 we got good strategic and motivated players
Such as ox and chancho and many more , ox has improved a lot and has a good rate and experience in team battles
As for chancho don't let the name fool you but he is fierce and has been programmed by sky net themselves to never be beaten
However we now have a strong sector
As for knyte thanks for noticing a lot in the clan, you were one of the people who helped CORP to get a good start and the same goes for angry panda don't forget that :-)
Seeing CORP in good leadership is great with an active council
We might be known for very less action and more drama but I think this CL7 may prove it by turning the tables around
And CL8 will guarantee it

Hehe, CORP has many good players, but mm is active AF, and has a personal goal to see how many games he can have simultaneously running while actively taking his turns on them. Our players will win their games in due time, but mm just does it before everyone else :P

But I think this is enough CORP propaganda for one day. We all know how sick other clans are of hearing that we're the underdog :P

No need to post games here Nogals, I try to look through the tournaments each day to find completed games. Your game will be added to the total tomorrow.

To Benjamin628, just used Excel to make the graph. Took awhile to get the formatting right but now its just numbers I need to update.

I don't think Nogals' game was part of this. It's just an auto 1v1 multi-day where he beat mm3100.

I think he was trying to illustrate the atrociousness of mm's picks.

Week 2 Summary:


1st: M'Hunters
2nd: CORP
3rd: Lu Fredd
4th: Illuminati
5th: Dutch Forever
6th: Hawks
7th: General Chou's

Let us look at the number of points the clans can grow from their current total to their maximum:

1) General Chou's +204 points
2) Illuminati +192 points
3 and 4) Hawks and Lu Fredd +183 points
5) CORP +177 points
6) Dutch Forever +170
7) M'Hunters +167

CORP and M'Hunters:
Both of these clan are vying for first place right now and have some of the lowest growth potential going forward. In contrast to all the other clans, this isn't a bad thing. They have more points locked down already and while they have less room to grow, there is less risk in things falling apart.

Hawks and Dutch Forever:
Both of these clan have racked up a lot of losses so far. Which clan will be ranked higher in the end is unclear, however the growth potential is higher for Hawks then Dutch and it is possible that Hawks can overtake them later.

Illuminati and Lu Fredd:
Lu Fredd has a comfortable lead over Illuminati and Lu Fredd has completed more games to reduce the risk of falling behind later. So while Illuminati has a high ceiling they need a lot of skill and luck to become competitive or overtake Lu Fredd.

General Chou:
They may seem down and out, destined for last place based on their record so far. But they have massive potential to turn things around, potentially passing Hawks and Dutch Forever.

Looks like there is nothing to see here. M'Hunters is tearing up the leaderboard with some random clan members of which one got booted in multiple games. Other clans are giving it their best shot however just don't have the skill to compete.
