1. Falcons: colonel was hated by all of the members he gave them a bad name and led it like a dictatorship, so he was rightfully kicked.
2. Mongols :colonel was took on by genghis because he believes everyone deserves a second chance, he shows no respect to the clan or its leader. One day unannounced he leaves.....not kicked, left.

Also, looking at some of his comments/views, it would be uncomfortable to be with him as a clan member.

Right now, our provisional government is failing right now, but to be fair, most of our previous discussion when I was in the clan were constitutions and anger being lashed out on Colonel for making unlikable moves as leader.
So, we are in limbo, trying to reestablish the leadership.
