The original concept for the AWF was a pro wrestling theme. That gave us the belt structure and a reason to trash talk each other. I would think trash talking would appeal to a mouthy prick like Nogals but we ended up with a group of really nice players so we dropped that part and kept the belts.
Our main focus has always been to make the Warlight experience more fun. Sometimes ideas don't work out and sometimes they do so we are always in a state of refinement and tossing around new ideas. What we do now might not be what we're doing 6 months from now.
We have a wide range of personalities and skill levels in the clan. Some are competitive and some are casual. Our strong players are always willing to help our weaker players. We have plenty of internal clan games. Always looking to battle with other clans. You'll usually find some of our members in tournaments and ladders.
It's hard for me to compare and contrast AWF with other clans because it's the only clan I've been in but to sum things up the AWF tries to touch all bases and have the most fun we can while doing so.
All clans here are respectable are are worthy of being called clans that give nothing but benefits to the WL Community!
What we should also take from this thread is ideas/opportunities differents clan offer to different members of the WL Community so we can inherit the next generation of Warlighters.
Darklords is extremely underrated. They hate since they ain't, as I think other folk describe their clans :) Well, I use this to describe a very underated clan on Warlight.
They didn't win a game actually. They are really 0-4, but they didn't join most of the tournaments and the Poon Squad didn't join one so they got an automatic win.
