To be honest, I'm not expecting responses that speak to highly of TRF but I would like to know what people think about TRF so I can change it for the better.

Have a few good players (Milly, Ravorator) but they're not very communicative. Overall, clan has a massive lack of internal communication and people inside are hard to get to know/get a hold of. TRF isn't exceptional at diplos- I wouldn't really see a TRF-only diplo player pool as a safer bet than the average multi-day diplo pool (people who'd join it after seeing it on Open Games) but obviously it's better than the RT diplo pool since clans don't really tend to do RT diplos for the most part and have stronger MD culture.

I also think your clan "brand" is super-super-tarnished because of the people you let associate it when themselves (primarily Colonel). That said, you also bring a lot of hope- for example, in the RT Matchmaker games, I noticed that a few Falcons joined their games pretty often and actually played them out. The ones in the 1v1 RR tournament with me right now are also pretty good about taking their turns on time, and wolervine (and a good number of other players) are at least better than they were a month ago.

You have some players I really respect (you, wolervine, Milly, Ravorator, etc.) and a great base from which you can expand into a growing, productive, active, really awesome clan- but I think you don't have the internal infrastructure to pull that off yet and need to build it first. Until then, your Clan League organization will be in shambles and your reputation among the community will be sorta-dubious.

Yeah, few Falcons are good at diplos... tbh all the new Falcons I've never seen before have been dicks in diplomacies... like Yup who multi-accounts, Neko who goes PE and then gets protected by JannikYukuu, another Falcon. I'm always like "Oh no. Another Falcon" when I see any. Sorry for that... ofc the new guys. You're a great person to play with, Cade.

E3f4b5 is pretty good. I'd say he's probably one of the best.

Thank you for that Death, If you see any Falcon being a dick in diplo games or not following the rules, please tell me. I want to discipline them. We are a Diplo clan, so I want to make it one of the best out there.

Honestly it seemed a bit lazy when I was in.
No real leadership,tarnished reputation, no games and I was in it for a while. But improvements have been made,Cade you are one of the only respectable players in the clan.

honestly Cade is the only honorable Falcon iv ever met. I actually considered joining them at one point but decided not too. Cade, my personal advice is to wipe everything and start fresh. new gov, new leaders, more members and ect

Yeah I'd agree with conservative... the only way to revive the Falcons is to get rid of Thomas 633 and Colonel (no offense guys). Thomas literally does nothing and sits on his ass most of the time, sometimes pathetically trying to revive the clan forums but barely contributing anything and Colonel does try a little, but mainly writes LONG constitutions nobody reads nor cares about.

At least that's the experience I had in the Falcons in the past.

In his defense, CORP's managed to succeed with an equally useless leader. Need I remind you that Kazuki was just 2 days away from being so inactive that he'd be in violation of hte 30-day-policy?

How do you know that? :P I was keeping track (like I do with all of the CORP members idle for 2+ days. Last time I updated, we were at an all time high, of 9, yet only 2 over 14 days), and Kazuki came dangerously close to being inactive.

Yeah, that's true, knyte, but the Gunjikomon Council has still four active players effectively replacing Kazuki. As for Thomas, he has Colonel and Cade, which seems to not be enough to make their clan respected...

Moot point. Back in June, CORP was in the same shoes. If Cade cares enough, he can easily rebuild the clan.

Really? June? I thought that was one of the more successful months as far as CORP has been.

EDIT: Also, totally agreed. Cade can definitely rebuild the clan if he tries hard enough himself, or he can get somebody trusted to help him rebuild it, if he doesn't have the time to do everything himself.
