server got so sluggish a few hours ago that it would't process my surrender (or any command at some point), ended up booting me instead of surrendering me in this game:

Sultan: you don't understand, i spent 3 turns, trying to surrender, the server processing it for 2 minutes and telling me error occured, i committed on another tab just not to get booted and kept trying to surrender, it refused my surrender some 6 times -_- then the game stopped loading altogether. warlight under heavy load messages.

+1 to Fleecemaster's question about non-Flash version. When is the Flash version due to be deprecated?

Many of us have great ideas to augment the game with tools and other 'add on' type projects, but hit a brick wall when we reach Flash. And, sadly, the API is less than stellar, overly restrictive, heavily underpowered, and requires a membership to even use or experiment with. We really need/want a more open API (like anyone can register for a key without having to pay for membership; or greatly reduced API-only fee) and/or open HTML5 version to get past this blockage. This will also hugely benefit Warlight and the community, implementing many long-awaited features as basic add-ons/extensions, thus generating more interest in Warlight and more enjoyment and enthusiasm from players (== profit!). Can we have it?!?! Pretty please?!?! <3 <3 :-)

Also, at the end of next week, can we have a map of the year where we vote on our favourite map of the week from all 52 weeks?

And NO, I don't want an add on script that I have to put on every device. I appreciate the 3rd party efforts from people like Muli, but these things need to be standard.

When are peace treaties going to be integrated into the game?

Peace treaties only should be enabled in the diplomacy setting mode. Moreover a peace treaty is an effective agreement between 2 parties and should have the same effects as a diplomacy card and they also would last for a couple of x turns.

a) what do you think about official template contests/template of the week
b) any chance for multiple wasteland options? compatibility with random warlords/cities (so that wastelands don't overlap with territories in-distribution) + multiple wastelands layers? that'd allow for so many more great templates to be made
