Just as I am interested (in why you aren't taking new recruits not about joining). you are capped at because you hit 40. (as that would be 4 teams of ten) but why don't you just have a waiting list for another 10 slots? (unless you aren't wanting your clan really big)

ho boys they are so elite they are capping the number of members they'll take.

Why not 45? Not all members would want to play in every time, and having 5 as a "back up" could be quite usefull.
