I have to didagree with MoD here, clan league council made a decision, and I respect that decision, but can they really be immune to criticism? It's not like the forum attacks are affecting them at all, they probably haven't even read the thread!

Anyways, as I said I respect the decision, but not if my right to disagree with it is not respected.

Why don't you write a big fat book with all the rules for the perfect clanleague? Then the panel wouldn't have to come up with solutions anymore.

You don't really need a "big fat book", you know. Just take the simplest possible route avaiable for every decision out there. For anything related to clan 'succession', the original clan stays unless he agrees on swapping, period...

That would be more helpful than this ordinary forum attacks.

I can't attack motd on skype or mail due to blacklist/block, so it's gotta be the forums :p

They read this thread and i can tell that all those agressive comments are highly discouraging them in running the clan league. Same reason chris left it, so go on!

I find it interesting that this hole argument was created because we decided we wouldn't be puppets of Lynx and did the right thing of returning the clan

yeah, shame you didn't return the CL spot with the clan while you were in that doing-the-right-thing mood.

Here's a rule you can use:
A clan's spot should remain with the clan except in the case of a hijacking or it forfeits it's place. In the case of a forfeit, the clan may choose to give it's place to another clan, or extra promotions can be used to fill the gap.

@Memele: Thanks for the update. XD But there's one thing I want to add: you cannot compare the ONE!/XS precedent to this one. XS was essentially hijacked by RA and it's members thrown out. These members would later form ONE! Furthermore, XS was unable to provide a lineup for the clan league.

In this situation, a couple of months ago, Platinum requested to become a manager of 101st and has fully acknowledged that 101st was tied up to Lynx... before walking out. He was never thrown out. Also, 101st is able to provide a lineup to compete in the division A.

Great job 101.outlaws for winning B! Hopefully we can compete in A next season. I do not have my laptop so I can't respond to the funny comments.

Hopefully in a week I can respond, Lynx/101 behaviour is understandable and I'm sorry for you guys but please don't add drama by suggesting collusion and referring to the past. as IOf

Not saying what Zero did was even justifiable, but how is that relevant? Did I miss something?

well most of the people supporting 101st, aren't lynx or 101st... they're independent. And the past is how you got the spot rather than having to start afresh like the other new clans, so I don't see how we can not refer to it.

I haven't seen many people shout collusion, but you kind of brought any comments on yourselves by acting as if you had the spot before the decision was made. I personally think that was just you guys being a little brash rather than collusion.

Yeah! Independent people like us hugely favour 101st!

Also, how is potential collusion even relevant? Whether Platinum and his squad stayed or not, the 101st entity would always be a sister one with Lynx; collusion is completely beyond this argument.

Hades, I understand where you are coming from but behavior of 101st leader to say I colluded with CL panel is only drifting everyone apart and this doesn't help the situation. It won't achieve anything but drive the organisors of CL away like it did with ChrisCMU, I understand and accept the comments that come directly at me as I am a central figure in this and the majority wont be sending me early valentines flowers anytime soon..


I do wish 101 best of luck especially to Zero and ForK who I recruited in 101, Im sure 101 will bounce back better and stronger and help aid Lynx domination in future clan leagues to come!

You guys were especially impressive on the team tournaments, this is a well-deserved win!

When I get my laptop, There will be a big post as some things are being misunderstood which will bring everyone to the same page and people can draw their own conclusions thereafter. Everything can be known now since the bones of it have been mug slugged to the amusement for others.

My good sir, if you say anything supposedly secretive in a large skype group, then it's not a "private thing" to begin with.

And I digress, there's really no serious secrets a risk community can keep from others other than pure, unadultered drama.

The way I see it, you're annoyed because you were dissing someone from their back and it backfired because said person heard about it. I know your pain, I still hate Bane for that. But if there is something I learned from it, is that secrets aren't quite meant to be put publicly.

That said, I'm too balls-deep into a discussion/problem that isn't mine. My point was given, up for everyone to debate the situation now where and when they feel better.
