I already purchased it and held on to see whether any clans bought after mine (but created earlier) would notice an offset in IDs- i.e., whether your clan ID is assigned at the point of purchase or at the point of creation.

I can't do nothing but compare this situation to the end of the USSR. Gorbatchev (Platinum) tries to transform a decadent country far from it's glory days to something new. Then an old leader refusing to adapt to a new condition appears, ends the reform mouvement thinking this is the way to save the country and kills it anyway, tearing the hole thing apart.

Only problem with this thinking is that Im probably insulting Gorbatchev by comparing it to Platinum, but I hope y'all forgive me ;)

For the Blowfly question (the only one that matters really). We're all very concerned about it, but fear not. We offered Blowfly asylum, but he courageously refused. Blowfly will stay in 101st and fight for it's freedom! He shall clash vigourously with the shadow forces that took over the clan, and we know him, he'll die before bending the knee!

We from Outlaw will fund his glorious efforts to take over 101st again and lead it to prosperity that the Platatoeonic reforms failed to archieve.

OX, Thanks for the concern! I am biding my time to see what the elders of the 101st (not perhaps the best players) but certainly founder members will do, i.s Sarge, Grickface, Morphene,Sargon, SIWY etc are gonna do!

With the exceptions of Jinxed (inactive), PanagiotisTheGreekFreak (poached by the MASTER Clan), and MarkusBM (still {101st}), all of {101st}'s Clan League 8 roster is now in Outlaws. That's 6/9 total players, 6/8 active, and 6/7 active players if you ignore clans other than {101st} and Outlaws.

Going by the precedent we saw with ONE! (entire XS Clan League 7 roster jumped ship), there's a solid case for Outlaws getting the {101st} spot next Clan League- even better if they convince MarkusBM to join. So that's a start at Division B or Division A instead of Division E or Division F (assuming we stick to the P/R format).

But MarkusBM could still be key to things. Dropping {101st} and replacing them with Outlaws is still gonna screw over the good {101st} players that didn't jump ship since now {101st} is gonna have to start from the bottom again despite already having worked their way up to B, possibly A- and the history of their team in Clan League certainly hasn't always included the players on its current roster; they've already replaced their entire roster from when they joined. Plus {101st} still has good enough players to replace their losses to Outlaws and still compete at a Division B level (and even if they don't, what makes them so different from clans like Warlighters, The Poon Squad, or {Olympus} that lost their key players but are still allowed to compete where the last roster ended up?). If {101st} recruits just a little bit, their roster might be fairly competitive again, too.

So unless the P/R format is actually dropped as planned, one of the two clans ({101st}/Outlaws) is gonna get screwed over when it comes to Clan League 9 division placement.

I highly doubt that Markus won't join us. And not all the 101st players that are moving to Outlaws come online yet, wait a day more to see the end of it.

In any case, unless you manage to completely gut {101st}, it's not really the same as XS where they go and become a trash clan. Relegating them 3 down over an internal coup still sucks.
