For sure in some "official" website about Quran (particularly for english ignorant speaker) they wont use some word showing the religion of Death the wrong way, but here some word of Classical Arabic can be translated differently, as consequence you can read this sentence as : "And they cheated/deceived and God cheated/deceived, and God (is) the best (of) the cheaters/deceivers".

for the one ont yet understanding when i say "allah" i do not mention God (the true one), but the God mentioned in Quran which is different. I already explained it in another thread mentioning "Allah of Quran" I wrote it that way on purpose as I know christian from east call god "allah" as allah in arabic mean only god, that not the point, here "allah" i mention only the god worshiped by Muslim, cant expect that you noticed it anyway.

I know that it should be kept without translation but I don't understand Arabic so maybe English is a better option.

English should work just fine. We read the bible un english when it was translated too, so there's no need for you to learn arabic.
