Well, this is half of an argument. Problem is, your missing the tie to your argument. At least you didn't preform a logical fallacy this time, but if you want to argue something, you need to explain why the evidence is meaningful. This tells me NOTHING about you stance. Its like saying to me, "The sky is blue." Where is the argument? You told me nothing. It is just a piece of free-hanging evidence that does not have an argument attached to it.
In addition, this piece of evidence is in itself, flawed. The laws you reference are symbolic, they don't even state this, and hardly anyone will get killed for wearing shorts in Saudi Arabia or Iran, the only two countries with a strict enough dress code to prohibit short wearing. Once again, you have been overcome by a gross misinterpretation.
