If any form of human reproduction (i.e. The ability of an individual to ensure that his/her genes influence the genes of new humans) is ever allowed it needs to be based on contribution to the society.

The thought I'm getting in my head is that Tabby is autistic, fat, and has family issues (no offence but this is the thought I'm getting) but is saying that he's one of the brightest minds in the world and EARNS SEX, not that somewhat dim-witted, not autistic, decently-bodied woman.

Also genes have little to do with contribution to society unless you don't have any human ones.

I agree. Anyone using absolutist policies in the name of religion isn't doing it right, if you ask me. And secularism must be enforced to an extent but a democracy should allow religion to touch all things including politics. Plenty of politicians could use a stronger moral compass.
