People having access to healthcare is cool. Lives being saved is cool. So yes, I think Obamacare is cool.

Do I think it is perfect? No. Ideally we'd have universal healthcare that didn't cost anyone anything. But Obamacare is a good start.

Yes, having free universal healthcare would be cool, and I would advocate for it. Unfortunately, that is imposssible as nothing is free.
