Hi Fizzer just a suggestion maybe someday you could make it so we can invite certain players to specific tournament slots. This would be great for making team tournaments and clan showdown tournaments.


And, like in ordinary games, this one can join or decline within that slot (or to change slot by own will)...

This way the teams could be predefined, which doesn't always look bad.

i couldn't repro this, but under some circumstances (i'll try to investigate more) the chat writes on the second line, even tho the cursor is on the first and no new line has been added:



EDIT: I also just experienced another chat bug that i'm not able to repro either - I clicked Enter to submit the message, it submitted it and then it opened another page on the website

You are using webgl and your mouse is at least out of the browsers opinion over the button to the other page and so it thinks you want to open the other page through the enter key.

Yes, if you open either the Multi-Player or Single-Player page you can see a icon of a person on the top right. Click on it and you should be able to find the settings

You could you the volume mixer on Windows. Right-click the sound icon then click on the volume mixer.

I think there is a bug, I am in a multiattack no split mode game and it says now I cannot issue an attack of 0armies when I try to make an order from one of my territories to another. I think this is a bug, cause if I lose the territory first, it would be an attack and so it would be possible and so the message shouldn't exist in multiattack games with no split mode.

I hit commit again in a ladder game when I meant to hit attack. It's the 3rd time this happened. I was on Android... I uninstalled it. Won't install it back until the commit button is moved somewhere else

I also find unity a bit slow in the browser, I'm running Firefox. This could be a bunch of things though, since oddly Netflix runs really slow too. I'm using 64-bit Firefox, which may be why.

Your device could be getting old. You could try upgrading your device's hardware. Or you could use the 64-bit standalone app: https://s3.amazonaws.com/data.warlight.net/static/Unity/StandaloneWindows64.zip. The standalone loads much faster.

Oh, sorry, I'm not talking about the standalone, just the browser version which has been recently added, this one here:

I'm running 64 bit Windows 10 and it's a new laptop, the flash version runs fine, no problems even on large maps. But with the browser version of Unity it runs very slow, sounds similar to problems others are also having.

The Netflix example only occurred since changing to 64bit Firefox, again it ran fine on 32bit.

Hope that helps give more context Dan :)

You could try using 32 bit Firefox again and see if it loads faster. Theoretically, it should load slower.

I could, but seems like a waste of time, seeing as things are supposed to be moving into 64bit, even if it's taking time. Most new systems are in 64bit though, so software is going to have to catch up eventually.

I got a "out of memory" warning during a game. It locked up the game totally.
I had to quit and alter the memory to 512 on Unity.
It works a lot better now.

A new version is out! Here's what's changed:

3.19.2.2 2017-05-24:
- Moved the Open Games, Create Game, and Past Games buttons to be above My Games.
- Added a link to the game into game settings so it can be copy/pasted.
- Added a check-box to the Settings page to enable or disable the receive cards dialog.
- When the chat button is flashing, part of the background flashes with it to make it more noticeable.
- If you're using too old of a client to support a feature, the game now gives a more friendly error message. Thanks to TheRiverStyxie for reporting this.
- The Level-Up dialog is now readable on phone-sized screens.
- If a game starts while the host is on the add/remove players screen, it will now automatically close the add/remove players screen and show them the game. Thanks to ps for reporting this.
- The Map Preview page now shows the map name on the left. Thanks to wakanari for reporting this.
- When making an attack, clicking the arrow while that arrow is over a territory now registers as a click on the arrow instead of the territory if clicking the territory would do nothing. Thanks to Muli for reporting this.
- When mods modify orders on the client, the game now validates that the orders are valid. For example, mods can't insert two deploy orders to the same territory. Thanks to dabo1 for reporting this.
- Mods now have access to read from Mod.Settings in Client_PresentMenuUI hook. Thanks to dabo1 for reporting this.
- Fixed a bug that made the territory inspection dialog sometimes start scrolled down. Thanks to Muli for reporting this.
- Fixed a bug that made the link-territory button in chat not appear when a game transitions from lobby to the main game screen. Thanks to Muli for reporting this.
- Fixed a bug that made chat twitch when opening/closing the orders or players list.
- Fixed a bug that caused an error with blah. My password is pickles. Nobody reads this far so I figure it's a safe place to store it.
- WebGL: Fixed a bug when starting a game directly that made it load the multi-player dashboard first, then load the game instead of going straight to the game.
