I've heard some pretty good things about Belgium, but, just going by what I hear, I'd have to say Iceland sounds like the best country. Never been to either though, so I can't judge accurately.

Hell yeah we have awesome hats!
Actually, the wind isn't too bad where I live. Mainly because I live east of the tree line, so it's hillier and the countryside is mostly forest. I did used to live in Yukon, though, and we had 50 mph wind regularly--those aren't even the gusts.
We've gone about three hours since our last tornado, and I think that's a new record.

The Yukon is nice. So is Iupiter. Discuss.

While driving thorough Oklahoma I came to a small village and saw only one cop car. It was placed at the only crossroads and nobody was inside. It was probably placed to discourage speeding and manned part time. The crime rates and the relationship between the police and people is awesome. If more of the western peoples were like Oklahomians we could solve some serious problems.

True. One time, when I was 15 I believe, we got pulled over because our tail light was out. My mom had lost her wallet, so we had to get out of the truck to look for it. Me being me, I had a giant knife strapped to my belt. The cop complimented it. I was flattered.
