Hrmmm I like multi-attack but do enough people know how to play it sufficiently?
It might adversely effect some of the smaller clans. Not that I am opposed to the idea. It could be fun, but it is something to consider. As it is not a very common game type.

That reduces the competitiveness though; I think it's a lot more interesting if the templates are things everyone is proficient in - means the league is more of a top level event.

Yeah, Multiattack completely changes the game, WAY too much. Local Deployment changes it a lot too, but MA takes it to a whole new level. It is a nich setting on warlight, and it should not be used in the clan league.

Maybe MA could be used for a tie breaker? I am sure each clan has at least 1 person who is pretty good at it. Again not really in favor of it but it could be an option.

Not sure. We avoided that. It has only happened once, no need to plan for it IMO. I would rather have a tie than risk win on a fringe setting

Look, I hate MA as much as most people do :P

But I think that it's a good variety to introduce, as long as it doesn't cause too much of a point shift, as it's something that not a lot of people are good at. Why can't we add a 1v1 or 2v2 MA game rather than changing one of the existing 1v1/2v2 games, let the people in it be the same that are in other 1v1/2v2 games for their clan (so no upping the amount of players needed). You could even make it worth one less point than other games (1 for 1v1, 2 for 2v2). This wouldn't be to hard for any clan to fill, and it wouldn't really hurt any clan, although it could tip the scales in a close race between 2 clans.
