101st and Lnyx are no longer in the same clan. We will be close partners, and a player that succeeds in 101st will likely be transferred to Lynx, but we are not the same clan. Lynx is the 15 best out of 101st. If {CS} wants to pay for their own official clan and officially split from [REGL] they can be allowed to compete. If you ever payed for a {warlighters} clan and then also a {Prolighters} clan, I am sure you could participate with both.
What are the chances Lynx and 101st will end up in the same group? Lynx is all the better players that were in 101st, and if a player in 101st succeeds in some high level play, they will more than likely be offered a spot in Lynx. Lynx will more than likely stay Group A now, or at the least, fall to Group B. 101st will have a hard time getting to B. And there would be no cheating, because we are not the same clan. [P] does not equal [WG]. BIA does not equal CPU. You remember that Juggernaut/Warlighters Clan Agreement thing? It's similar to that, except one clan has the more talented half of the clan, while the other has the less talented half.
Part of the idea of splitting was to allow the lower level players to be able to participate in clan events rather than having the [Lynx] players always do everything in clan events.
XCD and BIA are both split off from CPU but both were allowed to play the clan league, BIA got Group A to start becuase they had over half the players that had played the previous clan league.
So is it unfair for 2 seperate clans to both be playing the clan league?

Bananashake, that would be unfair to the players that played the last clan league. All players that played the last clan league were Lynx players. So therefore, Lynx should receive the higher spot, as has been done in the past.

Fridge, you must not understand the above examples at all. Relite asked to not be based on elites poor showing. I granted their wish. CPU was still around after bia and xcd split off. The majority of the players that had earned the spot were in bia, therefore, bia gets group a.
20 is a completely unrelated scenario and the fact that you said it shows you are really stretching to get lynx out of group a, if the majority of players from wm or apex had wanted to just play for 20, 20 could have started group a. Only 2 players from apex and wm were even in 20, so therefore, there is no way either would give up their spot for 20.

I am one of the newly appointed clan leaders in 101st and I agree with JSA. Lynx players earned the spot in Group A. Why would they be kept out of that deserved spot when they have not cheated? They earned it, let them keep it. We will start at the bottom of the clan league and work our way up.

Its not a good argument that "they deserve it" though Earned our way from the bottom to the top and now they wanna send us back to the bottom because we made the Lynx a separate official clan (which is still part of the 101st, mind you). Load of bollocks. We're the same players as before. Btw Bananashake, you've beaten a couple Lynx before, look at your best rating on the 1v1 vs Jay's, Greentea's, Grizzli's, Apollo's and mine (as well as a few others).

Lynx is a new clan. They should start at the bottom like all the other new clans. 101st should not be punished because a bunch of 101st members decided to split off. Riyamitie is good enough to be in Lynx but has decided to stay in 101st. Same with other top 101st members. That alone should tell you that Lynx is no longer 101st.
The whole point of a promotion/relegation league is that you have to prove yourself to get to the upper groups. Lets not deviate from that now please.

they won their spot in A, thus have 1 spot. I don't see the problem with letting Lynx play in that spot while 101st start as a new clan. why don't do as jsa suggested:
101st and lynx will both provide teams, lynx will be the one that competes in group a while 101st will be treated as a new clan. + this is also what 101st want to do.
also, a lot of ppl seem to have missed that cs no longer exists :p
