My predicts:
Group A: This division is not nearly as good as it was last year. The skill level between A and B are closer this season.
1. Lynx

2. ONE!
If there's a challenger to lynx, it's ONE! Although hit by sanctions, it still posits a nasty roster that's going to make a bid for 1st. ONE! is destined for a bright future, and would not surprise me that it surpasses lynx by CL12.
3. WG
WG is going to show us all what we were sorely missing during its purgatory in B.
4. Outlaws
Outlaws has a competitive roster, but not competitive enough to get the crown.
5. M'Hunters
M'Hunters will maintain its status quo and once again eek by in A.
6. Sninja
The newcomer to the dance will, unfortunately, be the odd one out.
7. Statisticians
Just not enough depth to compete.
Group B: A difficult choice for B. Overall seems rather balanced this year.
1. GG
Im pretty sure there's no questions about this. Although weaker than previous showings, the roster is still very strong.
2. VS
Strong team clan. Would not doubt they grab second promotion slot.
3. 101st
Lost a bunch of players to lynx. Still, have a solid core of players.
4. Apprentice
Apprentice is still playing. And they still have pretty much the same players.
5. FCC
FCC has a stronger roster than last clan league. But their competition is harder too.
6. NWO
NWO probably won't keep up with the first five, they seem slightly weaker overall.
7. CORP
Their history of underperforming will bite them here.
