Indeed, some people will tell you that dairy products encourage cancer, and some will tell you it doesn't. I guess we'll never know, eh? ;)
There's some research suggesting that certain forms of dairy, key word, certain forms of dairy are dangerous if consumed frequently enough. It'd also be pretty absurd to suggest that cheese or heavy cream that is loaded with saturated fat and sodium is healthy, because it's not.
But comparing something like cheese to something like unsweetened greek yogurt would be absurd. It'd be like comparing deep fried chicken wings to lean poultry. XD
You're supposed to put the chili inside the beans, not beans inside the chili. That is how civilized people such as myself consume such resources and nutrients.
Make a paste out of garlic, gula jawa (palm sugar), hazelnuts, red pepper, sambal, cumin, tamarind, trassi (fermented shrimp), laos/ginger, santen (coconut paste) and onion. Cut some fat beef into cubes and sear them for 3 minutes with onion, red pepper and garlic. Add paste to beef with coconut milk. Add fresh lemongrass, gula jawa, daun salam and djeruk purut. Let it braise for 6 hours, stirring it once every 20 minutes or so. Add coconut milk when necessary. After 6 hours, add grated coconut and serve with rice.
Breakfast: french toast (3 eggs, 3 pieces of toast) with 3 strips of bacon on the side.
Lunch: a fiber-infused cereal such as raisin brand to keep things moving
Dinner: Hamburgers (organic beef) with pickles, tomatoes, grilled onions, lettuce wash it down with an elixir of metamucil to ensure daily bowel function
