When you type Warzone in google, you will get Call of Duty: Warzone. If you type Warzone game, you get Call of Duty: Warzone. Warzone is also a term used in conversation and in the news, so the game will be buried in with the articles and websites using the term. Warlight was, and still is unique to this game, save for the obscure homonymous novel. If you try to find the warzone wiki, you will be inundated with Call of Duty results. Warlight stands on its own merit, Warzone relies upon extra search words, which will ultimately relegate the game to obscurity.
Buried? Warzone is result #3 for me (using duckduckgo)
Tbh tho, if you are searching for warzone initially, its likely you will type "risk online". In which case its 3rd using google, and 3rd using duckduckgo
I warned about this at the time when WarZone was announced. And it's true that most people will come here by searching "online risk" BUT - Fizzer actually said that the name "WarZone" would make the game EASIER TO FIND from the search engines, despite perpetually sharing the name with a dozen run of the mill games.
meh go back to warlight because that what the old members remember most newbies come and go some stay but most of the forums are before the name change to warzone and it is easier to remember warlight than warzone
I just rain a query: 75.1% of active accounts were created post-Warzone.
Cool! And most well-known players in Warzone formed their accounts in the WarLight times... That just shows how many other good players there are that are very little known due to two reasons: 1) Not playing much and not exploring clans/forums... 2) They only play with family and friends.
