do they start at lance corporal, or do the first members get to be colonels, generals etc.

No biggie, I am over it.

My stats are pretty good because I didn't play ranked games for quite a while (just played with friends). I also played some non ranked matches against a solid clan player that gave me some tips also. I wouldn't say I am good, but I got a lot better before things started 'counting' for me.

I'm sure if I only played high level people the stats would drop like a rock.

arun i going to try and get about 10 players first then am having ethier a tourney or a match and then in the order of where they came 1st or 10th i will rank them in that order. from major,captain,leuifteneant(spelt wrong), sergeant, corporal and private and i will be genearal just because i created it

Just out of curiosity, who gave you some training? was it someone from [P]?

there aren't any privates in service, only in training;

perhaps the ranks should go:

lance corporal
corporal
sergeant
staff sergeant (called colour sergeant)
warrant officers
second Lieutenant
lieutenant
captain
major
colonel
brigadier
generals

i think thats right, there may be mistakes as i don't study the army

second lieutenant is the first officer position i think too, so going up from there should be the best players in the clan

good luck finding 12 players for all those slots

theres more then twelve ranks, there is lieutenant colonel, major general, i simplified

but i dont think it will work

for example, a colour sergeant can be in charge of a 120 man squad

i dont think you will ever get that many players (regl only has approx. 60)

arun the numbers you are in charge of does not have to be like the actually military for example he could lower the people a colour sergeant command to like 3-6

true, but there is still going to be a lot of places to fill
