Atticus, wich maps do you need help in? (while i can help with any of the europe maps, for medium earth im not good, since its my worst map)

My favorite maps are 3v3 europe and 1v1 medium earth and i am just awful on these. I lose a lot and it makes me sad : /

Hi, I need help with Strategic 1v1 on an intermediate level (I'm not sure what is intermediate, so let me put it up like this: I beat newbies easily, but ladder top beats me easily. :|)

I need help. I don't know what kind of help do I need, but I know that I need it. Any helpful tips are welcome. I would like to play tutor game on this map http://warlight.net/Map.aspx?ID=3617 on random warlords and 4 army wastelands. Other settings can be whatever.

I'd like help on Strategic 1v1, on an intermediate level. I know enough about the game to win against newbies, but I tend to have trouble when fighting an opponent with a similar amount of armies.

I'm not good enough to teach anyone advanced because I am not advanced. Though some people who offered to teach are.

Mainly I made this thread to teach beginners, to give them a chance to have a tutorial with a more experienced player who could help stop some of the usual mistakes less experienced players make. Maybe that's why with so many asking for advanced tutorials that there are less offers to teach. Only a handful of people can claim to be truly top players.

I am here, people who have replied are probably happy to help still, prospective students could be pro-active and look through the list of volunteers and set up a game. If you need member settings then set up a chat game from where the member can make the game you require.

Last thing - I have suggested this before but ... can this be 'stickied' Fizzer / Mod(s)? So that it stays notable I don't think an offer to teach should go out of date. It is always relevant and players for coming to the site for the first time a place to find a mentor who can pass on knowledge about the game, booting etiquette and things like that would be helpful imo.

I would love someone to tutor me for a game on the 1v1 medium earth map. I have played about 15 games and lost them all :( I know the basics about grabbing bonus areas and sometimes think I am doing pretty good until I run into the opponent, I can usually hold him off for awhile but I soon have to surrender due to their strength in numbers. Then I see they have twice the income as me and I have no idea why when I thought I was playing a good game up until the encounter.
