Okay, so in light of these recent developments I have contacted Farah and come clean about all of this. I felt it was better to confess rather than letting the situation fester.
He thanked me for my honesty and told me that since I came forward, SNinja won't suffer from any penalty.

Farah and the CL Panel are currently discussing how to handle the WG side of this.
From what I understood, it could result in some points being deduced this season, but nothing is decided yet so don't quote me on that.

I'd like to take this opportunity to apologize publicly on behalf of Sninja, for disappointing all the players who were looking up to our clan as a model.
We're deeply sorry for this. We've since learned from our mistakes and we promise we won't repeat them.

If you really read this and thought, "Farah thinks WG and SNinja are sister clans, just like lynx/101st" then you need to read that again.

The point is that any clans with any amount of formal relationship, could collude. There is no reason to assume they would without evidence, but that goes for 101st/lynx as well. Why would we assume they would collude? If we made a rule against them in the same division, where would we draw the line with other clans?
Regardless, this also ignores the fact that clans can collude even without prior relationship.
We shouldn't act so fearful of what may happen, and just trust each other just a little. (Except AI, we all know he's a dirty cheater!)

I'm referring to Farah's example that you first replied to. The "accusations" is not something I'm worrying about, and neither should you. Just ask Farah to tell him to piss off

For anyone who might view this nonsense discussion as truth: nothing is going to happen. WG and SNinja did not cheat or collude as far as anyone is aware. If they did and anyone had any significant proof for it, I'd expect them to have already come forward (and not with some banter from 2017: looking at you quick and rak).

WG/SNinja was merely used as an example as to where one would draw the line between brother/sister clans, mostly to illustrate that even a vague feeling of such a relationship could impact thing hugely if we take measures against 101st and Lynx competing in the same division. There are no consequences whatsoever to me using you as an example.

I hope that clears everything up and we can stop whining about the subject as a whole.

Farah's idea was to create a secret order of clan leaders that are secretly in a group together to manipulate the rest. His idea was that the leaders would eventually create a new clan and invite 1 person each.
The people involved were: Me, Farah, Max. The clan name would be RMF (Reza Max Farah). It also doubled as the name also of the first commercial radio station in Poland BECAUSE we were going to have szwe come back to life and bring APEX into the fold too.

Secondary proof of this is the fact that Farah is actually the owner of the WG discord.

These are my ramblings on the topic

There were numerous talks in the old ethics panel regarding this (thank god its dead) and the view that I have personally come up with for this brother/sister stuff was as follows:

In short

1. Way too hard to draw a line

2. the clan movement rule was sufficient to inhibit the biggest advantages of being a brother/sister clan.

In any case clans could collude together for stuff so if it happened then it would be dealt with harshly either way.

In our talks with clans etc. in many of the 'rulings' or 'investigations' etc. so many relations between clans were found that were not publicly/widely known. Given that it was the view that as you couldnt outright know all of it and stuff could be hidden better not to prohibit it outright. The clan movement rule was sufficient and collusion would be dealt with

And in general where would one draw the line?

I think WG/SNinja is actually a kind of cool example to use for this. This is kind of a theoretical talk about it
Easiest way to say about WG/SNinja is that due to us being at the very least friends in some aspects we have some inherent bias for each other right?

So wouldnt that constitute a relationship of sorts? Maybe to a smaller degree?

Because its somewhat gargantuan of a task and IN THE END this is just a hobby game for people's spare time, it would be nigh on impossible to find all the different bias levels between clans (and even between certain players of certain clans). And even if you had a bunch of these figured out; where would the line be made?

And wouldnt people go JUST below that line when it is known anyways and possibly min/max that way? Theoretically ofc.

We have been lobbying Farah to support the inclusion of 101st in to A alongside Lynx, we (the lynx-101st collaborative corporation) have made generous contributions to his campaign to be suprememe leader of CL. Did I mention Farah is a dirty liar? Our master plan is to split both Lynx and 101st while both in A to give us 4 clans in division A, this will give us kingmaker powers, and with Farah in our pocket (the dirty dirty liar) complete control of the league.
