Whenever you need water, just fill the container your original 2 litres was in with water from a stream and boil it to kill bacteria.

Also hunt some rodents and use the fire to cook them.

Build a shelter from sticks and leaves, or find a dry and empty cave.

Day 2, build a fishing trap by making a one way trap where fish can swim in but not out (in a spot with lots of fish). Gather enough fish for the journey.

Build a raft from sticks, plastic wrap, rope and duct tape.

The real dilemma is how to store water for the trip, I guess you could use coconut shells? Maybe make bowls from leaves and duct tape, idk.

Make sure your raft has lifted sides and isn’t flat, so that your supplies will stay in the boat if it sways.

Load your raft with fruits and berries/nuts, hunt some more rodents and fish and cook them and then load them onto the raft as well.

Find a suitable stick, use duct tape to turn it into an oar.

Set off into the ocean with enough supplies and hope you hit land!

Make a water filter, now you have some water, get food from the resources around the island, chop some trees down with a knife, or an axe if I get the stuff to make one, make a raft and (maybe) a sail and sail off the island!
