http://warlight.net/MultiPlayer?GameID=6285318That one I was actually quite fond of for 2 reasons. First, my picks seem very standard and it looks like I got a bad position just getting picks 3/5 out of risky picks, however I intended to do that, since I knew if I get 3 and 5, he has most likely scan+russia, which means fast early income and his agression near australia is justified. Not moving in antarctica begs for a blockade, which I wanted since the counter in Indonesia is almost impossible to predict. Overall the strategy was to force him to waste troops around aus as much as possible and force a blockade. The 2nd reason is how the game went, because after a forced win on turn 5, I forgot to add attack on aus last order on turn 6, after that I had to get lucky to still win.
I don't recall many recent creative 1v1 games, since I only rarely played gnuff in strat 1v1 and some rt ladder games. Unfortunately, rarely creative is efficient.
