Please limit posts on this thread to suggesting a 4v4 template. I'd really like to make this fun and interesting, which is why I'm soliciting inputs from you guys!

Thats not a possibility alex. IF the person you wanted to gift to played then its ok. Not the other way around.

I suggest, if you're pretty serious about joining/winning, to suggest a good 4v4 template that you know well. Then you'll probably beat your first two opponents and advance to the 2v2 part.

As for me, I'm kind of interested in this, but I haven't played many 4v4's and thus don't know any templates for it. :/

I would like to join. As for my 4v4 template, it is here:

Brief description: On the classic 4v4 Europe AD 1600 map.
Manual Random Warlords Distribution.
2 territories per player.
4 wastelands, each with 12 armies.
16% luck.
Reinforcment card (5 armies), Order Priority and Delay, and Surveillance cards.
4 card pieces a turn.
Start out with 1 surveillance card.

I dont realy mind the template, as long as its europe 1600 or rise of rome.

May i throw in Battle Islands II as possible 4v4 map? haven't thought of settings yet, but this map should be well balanced for 4v4

europe 1600 is not a good map :\

You kidding Reza? It's certainly a lot better than Rise of Rome.
I could remake this template and change the map to battle islands 2, but I would also need to change some things.

I havent played it on a 4v4, but i have played it 5v5 and 3v3 and world big is a really fun map for it, i can post the 5v5 template i use and you can just modify it for 4 people if you want
