Mind if I share mine? I now remember the last half or quarter of my most recent dream (two nights ago).
Me and another person I fictioanlly work with come to my fictional house, and there is tons of junk piled in the front. We climb over it all and end up in the house. Some big guys start chasing us. We end up splitting up with me going behind my fictional shed, which is full of branches and vines. I then proceed to climb up the steep hill behind my house while being chased. I get so tired that one of the guys catches me and basically throws me back down the hill, which continues about 3 hundred feet after my house. I stop falling near a group of snakes, 3 of which nick me at the ankles. I pass out and wake up on a beach with my brother and sister and a soaked box (I forget the material). We climb up this huge hill and end up on the street with my house. A uhaul-sized truck starts driving up my driveway and there a many guys all around my house. I take my siblings to one of my neighbors and call the police....then I wake up.

I have no recollection of the first half or three quarters.

last night I dreamed I was at my friend's house and we wanted to go to a party but my dad said no

we walked to the party anyway

at the party there was a bunch of bad things going on but I don't remember what

tbh I think I just got a bad feeling about the place

then someone came and asked to chip our teeth down

he chipped my friend's teeth and showed me how it looked

apparently it was a style to have your teeth chipped down

anyway I ran away but ended up barefoot in a forest

my dad was there and mad at me

I tried to run away but a glowing pink bee chased after me

then I woke up

I don’t remember what the dream was but I was half awake half in dream for 3 seconds and I could somehow see both and distinguish them, like 2 worlds separate.

Writing a dream down is sort of useless to share for other unless you have very descriptive and vivid prose. Since notes only outline a rough story / continuation of events. They don't do a good job of explain the feelings and presence the dream has. But they are good to remember for yourself I guess.

Good point, dreams are mostly about feels and they're hard to understand by sober thinking.

Things which make sense to "sleeping brain logic" don't make sense to "awaken brain logic". The thing is, we forget what they meant. It's short-live, elusive.

I've always had the question of why do you get certain dreams, and why are some creepily lifelike and detailed, and some are boring and dull? I once dreamed I was being shit out of some sort of huge animal. Where the hell does that come from??

last night I dreamed I was in a clash of clans village that was under attack

I was in the town hall and there were troops invading

I had a light saber but it was wiggly, like a pool noodle

the invaders had light sabers too but theirs were normal

I would hit my light saber back and forth on theirs like how they do in movies, and this would defeat them

then a rat walked into the room and I tried to kill it with my light saber

but I was just wacking it and it didn't notice

I took a broom and sweeped it under the ledge around the room and it knocked a bunch of rats out

I was trying to kill the rats but then super buff invaders entered the room

I tried doing that light saber thing with one of them but he didn't get hurt at all

he looked almost like hulk but not green

then he chopped me in half and used me as a cover for his table

then I woke up

I wish I remembered my dreams so well as you guys.

Sometimes I have very long and elaborate dreams. Storylines that feel like they drag on for whole days, Sometimes even multiple of these super long dreams in a row. The best thing is that these dreams actually make sense. With coherent storylines, well thought out characters. Almost like an incredible well written movie.

But then I wake up, and forget it all near enough instantly. I dont even physically have time to write down anything. I generally only remember locations and/or one particular scene. Like a screenshot taken from a movie.

That reminds me of a story my brain wrote, logical except there were some 15 episodes and the last one was episode 9

I haven't had a dream for days now, or I just immediately forget them when I wake up.

Last night I had a dream that was a continuation of a dream I had awhile ago, or it happened in the same reality. I remembered the dream from before after I got this dream. It was pretty f***ing weird.

Details are forgotten, except for one scene, which I'll get to later. I have to do it in a few posts since it is difficult to do large messages on mobile.

The first place it occurs is some sort of high waterfall, but it's artificial, and may be a dam. I only remember this scene from the first dream, but nothing else that happened in it. During the second dream, my former best friend is standing at the top edge of the waterfall and looks to be ready to jump off. She wants me to spell out her name Lynne (her name is actually Haven in real life), otherwise she will jump. I spell is wrong, but then shout "E!", which then causes her to run back away from the edge under the bridge I'm standing on, and out of sight.

That was the first part. I had no idea where the name Lynne came from, but then when I watched Top Chef this evening, one of the contestants names was Lynne, which kind of made me speechless for a minute. I know no one else named Lynne. The second part takes place at a fictional World Scout Jamboree, which for some reason is at an abandoned amusement park that has been sitting for decades. It's f***ing creepy in the first dream.

The first one I had I remember little, except for I was hiding from serial killer teens and was drugged up for some reason. I was also wondering around the creepy amusement park going to all the different sections of the WSJ. I am then accosted by the serial killers who then proceed to stab me a few times, before I manage to escape to a particularly broken part of the park. The part I remember ends with me in a line stall next to a dumpster.

The dream I just had opens with me explaining my previous visit to the abandoned amusement park at the base camp. I explain where I have been to the other people and say I haven't been to two sections of it (I forget the names). I leave out the part about serial killers. In fact, my mind is wiped from knowing I was drugged up and being chased by serial killers.

I have no idea how the waterfall and amusement park dreams are connected, but they did. I don't feel like these are normal dreams for a person to have. What the hell do these mean? They are lifelike, detailed down to the bone, and the most recent ones have had deadly or evil content. When I read the dreams from others on here, I see none even remotely related to mine.

Last night I had 3-4 dreams that I consciously woke up between, so I remember them pretty well.

DREAM 1: I was at a summer camp and I had to go with a few people to collect ice from the hills for everyone to drink, which doesn't really make sense because it was summer in the dream but whatever. The ice on the hills was all slushy and grey, and when I brought it back a footballer (Diogo Jota) from my favourite team had started running the camp.

He turned me into a girl as a punishment for bringing him bad ice, and I distinctly remember looking in a mirror and having an absurdly long ponytail. I wanted to go back to the camp with my friends but he told me girls weren't allowed on the hill that the camp was set up on, so I started yelling about discrimination (this is probably because we had talked about gender discrimination in my social sciences class a few days before).

I started trying to tell everyone how the camp was a waste of money but the footballer yelled louder than me and they couldn't hear me. I got pretty worked up in the dream and woke up at some point covered in sweat.
