X. was brought to my attention after wielding a sword at groups of school children in a local playground (in violation of a court order, I might add).^1
When confronted with reality,
X. suffers a total mental breakdown. Sometimes I wonder if it is better to let them languish in their dream-world, but I know that there are reasons behind everything.^2
When dealing with symptoms such as these, follow my example and try to shock the patient back into reality, rather than let them down gradually. The gradual approach could take hours or even days, and who has that kind of time?
