Skunk, if you want to preserve only a speckle of my respect, please respond properly. You haven't responded to any of my statements, so I'll put them in the clearest way I can think of:

It is not the player's responsibility to correct your maps, it is your responsibility to make good and playable maps! If you own a cookie factory, would it be the customer's responsibility to report to you if a cookie is poisoned? Nope, as a cookie factory owner, you do your best to make them taste the best, and check hundreds of times to ensure they aren't poisoned.
If you keep making poisoned cookies (that means: lousy maps), people are first going to try not to hurt your feelings by instead of complaining that they are poisoned advising you to put a little less salt in the cookies(as dozens of people did, Min34 is not the first), but if you keep making poisoned cookies, people will complain about them in a less kind way. Like I did. If you then say you will keep making the cookies poisoned no matter what, then you are only dooming yourself because nobody will ever eat your cookies, because we know they're poisoned.
And you can easily tell that the five forum-users who are trying to reason with you are not the only ones who hate your maps. Only 10% of your maps are rated above 3,5. Two out of twenty! I am on 23%, Chaos on 66%, Fizzer on 80%, and Срећко is on 100%.

Okay, if you now don't respond to all statements in this post, you have lost all of my respect and I'll rate all your maps 1 and blacklist you. And if you do reply with more than five words then there might be some hope for you after all.

Like many people, I operate a 3-strike system when it comes to being poisoned as a result of criminal neglect.

Moros has provided evidence to an argument I've made before: People sometimes rate the mapmaker more than the map when giving it a 1 to 5 rating. I think all of my maps have at least five such ratings of 1. I wouldn't be surprised if multiaccounts were used too.

Moros, your cookie analogy is absolutely brilliant...I think I'm going to rate all your maps 5 and invite you to be my teammate more now that I have gained so much respect for you.

Skunk, here's a simple list of your maps' faults:

1. They're terrible, links are usually broken, and they're usually unplayable by any popular game type.

2. They're ugly, the borders are hard to see, they're crude, the map just overall looks unpleasing.

3. They're full of spelling errors. There are people here who have English as a 3rd-4th language, and still bother to spell things better than you do.

4. They're annoying. When I'm looking for maps in order to make new templates on, somehow your maps will show up on my filter at times. I can't believe the seconds I've wasted glancing over your terrible maps.

It’s a players responsibility to notify the map creator if they find a error in a map. If not nothing will ever get fixed on anything. Its simple logic you know.

*facepalm* You are completely missing the point. What these people are trying to say is that you have make your maps of the best quality before making it public. You wouldn't want to turn in a project riddled with mistakes and terrible aesthetics, right? Instead, you want to make it look as good as possible and make sure that whatever information you put on there is accurate. Same thing with maps: check for missing connections (possibly by having a test game with experienced map builders) and make the borders neat. Please listen to others' suggestions and don't rebuff them by trying to justify your maps. I can't say much about my own map, but at least I tested it with other players for missing connections before publishing it. It's okay if a player finds one or two mistakes after publishing a map, but anything above four mistakes that can be easily found is just way too much!

If skunk was to have a cookie company his slogan will be:
It's your responsibility to notify us if there's poison in our cookies.

i-like-swords nowadays i do do multiple tests on my maps to check them, maybe is hould do more but still my newer maps are of higher quality. One thing that you understand is that no one starts great. You learn as you go along. Ironheart doesn't seem to understand simple statements however.

The first map should never have been published, and the last one still has many flaws. I've seen people with a first map ever much better than yours.

1. The role play bonuses are not sorted in any way, and not even aligned correctly. Very confusing. The arrow doesn't help.
2. The bulbs are way too big and of unequal size/shape.
3. THE BORDERS OVERLAP
4. The bonuslinks are too big.
5. It's confusing that Greenland is part of Denmark. I know it's politically correct, but all other maps have it as a separate territory.
6. I don't see how it's in any way historically accurate, expect for the borders. Luxembourg is equal to Russia?
7. Sian should be called Siam.
8. Austriahungary should be called Austria-Hungary.
9. Luxembourg is bigger than Belgium.
10. Cameroun shoud be called Kamerun.
11. Eritrea became independent in 1991. Hours of research?
12. Falkland Islands are just as British as Greenland is Danish, so to be consistent it should be merged with Britain.
13. Britain should be called United Kingdom of Great Britain and Ireland. Again, hours of research?
14. Dutch Guiana should be called Suriname.
15. Soloman Islands should be called Solomon Islands.
16. Hawaii should not be part of North Atlantic Ocean. It's in the Pacific. Same for Alaska.
17. Paraguay and Bolivia should not be part of South Atlantic Coastline. They don't have any coastline.
18. Why is there a North Atlantic Ocean as a bonus, and South Atlantic Coastline below it? Call them both North/South Atlantic Ocean/Coastline to be more consistent.
19. Western Southern America should be called Western South America.
20. Trinidad is a Central American Island. So why isn't it part of the bonus?
21. Balklands should be called Balkan. Once again, hours of research? I doubt it.
22. Middal East should be called Middle East.
23. Somalia (the bonus) should be called Horn of Africa. More accurate.
24. Western and Northern South America, but North, West and South Africa? Inconsistent.
25. Dutch East Indies are not in or bordering the Philippine Sea.
26. Lots of islands in the Bismarck Sea bonus are not in or bordering that sea.

It has no flaws.
Please skunk you are not blind to the flaws so stop the self deny.
Flaws
1. Aesthetically appalling why:
a Large bulbs(i recommend 16 by 16 for anysize same size as fizzer recommended bonus boxs which bring me to next point
b.Large bonuslinks, why are they so large fizzer recommends 16 by 16 for normal ones and even superbonus boxes are not that large.
c.No clear borders, you can either try tricks in inkscape or do it manually
d.holes in borders;the only holes in borders should be lakes or other natural hole that should exist.
2.Too much missing connections but(i will give you a break on that)

now lets compare it to a map of similar size and someones first map.
Exhibit A
http://warlight.net/Map?ID=5420
Exhibit B
http://warlight.net/Map?ID=7685

You two could get that good if you put more effort and changed the flwas.
P.S this is not meant to attack your mapmaking skills or you,no offence intended
P.S.S
Now here is a yo mama joke inspired by your bonuslinks:yo mama are so large they make skunks940s bonuslinks look like ants(not aimed at anyone).
