@let's fight: yes, but you have to dig deep or use the suggested additional queries ("wedding" or "soccer"). They are results that Google Images likes, though, because if you reverse image search either you'll see them pop up as their first results. Sounds unremarkable, ofc, but it's informative vs. those images not turning up on reverse image search (like many images do). It means they've been indexed and are search-friendly at least.

The first 10-20 pages of results for "arc" on Images are actually all obviously referring to arcs, so I suspect Fizzer wouldn't have used just "arc" as his query if the hint he was trying to hide in the images was "arcs."

But then again this could just be a red herring that I'm too confident about. Maybe Hint #4 will just be "it's not an arc."

The first photo is one of the very first results on Images if you search "soccer arcs." The second one, though, well... typically those are called "wedding arches" not "wedding arcs" so I think the typo in the source is relevant to the hint. But also if you search "wedding arcs" Hint #2 is actually a bit lower in the results.

@KaelF: I did. I'm a mod there (I think the only active mod) and there's not even any submissions on the queue that could work as Hint #3. (The place is dead but I'm quietly working on the subreddit wiki to create a noob-friendly, practical, and complete guide to Warzone- not the gameplay but everything around it.)

maybe it's like "clans of clans" like not exactly combine 2 clans together but a system that somehow shows that two clans or more are connected together... yeah like "clans of clans"

We have 3 hints:
1. soccer arcs
2. wedding arc(h)
3. moved to Clans forum

We have yet to come up with a theory that ties together all 3. Now I've got one: Fizzer is getting married! He'll either have a soccer-themed wedding or met his fiancee on the soccer field. He'll create a clan for his new family (or maybe he already has one- the Flunky Fizzers). Fizzer added the 40-cap in 5.08 because he wanted to put a hard cap of 38 on the number of kids he and his soon-to-be-spouse will have. All along, this- like Warzone itself- has been about the arc of Fizzer's life!

Congrats to the Big Fizz and his Soon-to-be Missizz!
