I've never played this game before so I didn't pick up on it.

Silver we have been slow on uptake. But can't you see it's obviously banned? Dom's rule said don't ruin the game. By doing your scheme, wolves auto-lose so it's no longer a fun game.

Another disadvantage for wolves is that villagers are allowed to talk during night. This is generally NOT the case.

In live games everyone can whisper with whoever they want. That is not against the rules.
In the original game we also get the actual wolf count at the start, here we get nothing.
If we can't talk in private we auto-lose.
If we can we have a chance to get the wolves out in the open before they kill us one by one.

I'm also curious how it bothered NO ONE earlier yet NOW when it looks like the wolves last hope to guarantee the win right away, all the ones suspected to be wolves earlier are so vocal about this?

Can I talk to someone at night or outside of the thread?

It is almost always against the rules to discuss anything with anyone at night unless you are in the Mafia or a Mason lodge. It is also usually against the rules to contact someone during the day privately.

All it takes is some strong convincing...

Since nights are so short it matters little. What matter is which rule has a greater effect on the game.

The almost always and usually are referring to special rules. In vanilla rules you cannot have private chat as villagers. Doesn't matter this game now. But in future we should stick by it.

If you have played IRL then surely you never get away with whispering.

It was in response to Silver saying that speaking at night was a bigger deal.

As to about me on Skype - we invited Dom so I thought it would be alright. I'm not experianced on mafia (I have an account but haven't played a game yet on mafiascum) so I didn't have the foresight to see this could be an issue. Since it was random players and we weren't having much impact, I assumed it was ok.

Anyway like I said going forward only the wolves can private chat unless otherwise stated.

Another rule whilst I'm at it. People have to post at least once every 48 hours preferably every 24. This game relies on information written.

Again IRL silence is different.

I just would've liked to coordinate in private for maximum effect you know, but it doesn't matter in the long run.

I only asked every seer to see me like 4-5 times! And the seer report confirmed that I'm on the side I claim to be.

What remains crucial is for the other specials to remain unknown, I would've preferred to know who they are to lead attention away from them and not get them lynched by accident, but this way it could actually be better, I don't have to filter out the possible wolves claiming to be specials in private mails. Goes for all the seers, vigilantes, fellow angels. Remain hidden.
Wolves can only hope to catch one randomly.

Sadly this makes seering a lot harder, since if there's more than one seer they still have to all focus on the same target to avoid confusion who was seered as who. And since they can't come out it's impossible to be sure.

All that is really needed is.. Uhm... Do as I tell and follow my orders, since not doing so will just create more confusion. I know I know I'm a dick, but besides yourself I'm the only one you can actually trust.
