Silver you ask for all seers to seer you??? Ridiculous waste of seers surely! We need His Balls seered because some players will not believe he is a wolf. I am 100% sure he is a wolf.

EDIT: It makes sense for all to seer same target to avoid confusion if Angel + other role are seeded (we don't see names). I still want His Balls seered though; I'd rather know he is a wolf and we lynch him next turn while Silver protects himself in the night. If after we lynch His Balls there is still doubt, then we can seer Silver. But for now, let's expose a wolf.

Wahoo! I'm in!

Sorry for arriving late, everyone, but I had some issues with the router this past week. But I'm glad to say that all's been dealt with.

I'll cast my vote soon once I'm done looking over the contents of this thread.

Okay i just recounted the number of players and I agree that in this situation its better to doublelynch to maintain an odd number of players.

With my own post i started to work myself in to the mathematical side of the game.

Our problem here is that we dont know how many special roles we have exactly, the more seers we have the better it is to not lynch to give those roles more time for investigation.

On the other hand, every night we lose a villager without the chance of killing a wolf. So every turn we dont lynch we lose the propability of not killing a wolf.

Why does it make sense? All having odd numbers means is that we avoid the same situation we will do here!

We can safely say that we can not for certain say who is and who is not a wolf until tomorrow. Why? Well tomorrow people will have been seered, giving us information, someone will have been lynched, giving us information, someone will have been killed (or attacked) by wolves, giving us information. Right now we have no physically facts, only what people say.

I do know that the wolves tend to stay quiet.

However the loud one who makes sure everyone remembers he's loud (as they couldn't possibly be a wolf) is one to watch at the same time.

Edit: as in silver.

I hate how all the players are so vague in this game, afraid to have an opinion about someone specific.

EDIT: Cute his balls. but I didn't mean only you. I really meant almost everyone here.

His Balls you are pretty loud. Not silent but loud enough to appear active...

The notable silent one is Lawlz. Why isn't he talking??

Why is an uneven number of villagers important:

odd vs not odd numbers in majority voting.

We assume a small village with a fixed number of wolves and villagers. We assume the villagers lynch every night and they get the worst case scenario.

6 player 5 villager 1 wolf

day 1 lynching 1 villager ; 4 villagers left
night 1 eating 1 villager ; 3 villagers left
day 2 lynching 1 villager ; 2 villagers left game over since ->
night 2 eating 1 villager ; 1 villager left

5 players 4 villagers 1 wolf

day 1 lynching 1 villager ; 3 villagers left
night 1 eating 1 villager ; 2 villagers left
day 2 lynching 1 villager ; 1 villager left game over since ->
night 2 eating 1 villager

Both games end at the same time, despite having 1 player more in the first case.

EDIT : Disregard it. That only works if there is majority voting. Since there isnt, first game ends with a tie, since the last wolf and the villager will kill themselves. So basically the game is reverted now. We must maintain even numbers.

Even numbers is the way to go, makes doublelynching first day reasonable again. So much confusion ...

Can a vigilante mail me in private?

As Arun already outed me, I have no choice but to confirm it.
I'm an angel, hence the arrogance and holier-than-thou attitude.

And I have a job for the vigilante (no one besides myself will know who you are).
