I didn't mean to say I didn't get the meaning what the article was trying to say...the reason I said I didn't understand it was because I couldn't understand the reasoning behind it.
Other people have already adressed the topic here with regards to this rather narrow minded definition which took place here so I won't bother people any further with answering in that regard.

So right now I'll just focus on the topic of this current situation:
It's your right if you would want to ignore me based on the assumption I have nothing to contribute at all on this forum. I'm not asking for any "girl advantage" here. It might be a characteristic but I myself never asked for this girl advantage. If it seemed I did it was because I was unaware of this girl advantage.
I wouldn't post bare tits or anything at all EVER. No matter how much people would ask for it I wouldn't. Seemingly there is still a semblance of me which does indeed hold self-respect.

Dating wise furthermore I would advice men in RL never to give women such a girl advantage anyway. First off....if guys just talk women up it's never in their interest. So just don't do that oke ? More often then not we'll be able to see through the act and even if we don't we just might go ahead and agree with you that "Yes indeed...we are out of your league" and lose interest in you because of it. Make it a game if you try to talk a girl into your bed, where a girl as a challenge can win you. Don't drop it at their feet.

On the topic of women having nothing else interesting to contribute ?? Maybe we do, maybe we don't. In this thread for instance there were multiple times where I tried starting up a certain discussion but they either didn't uproot or fell dead halfway. Maybe they were too boring or maybe people had a narrow vision in their response and only responded to the main theme without bothering to read the pages. Powerneg - did you just browse this thread or did you ACTUALLY read it.

@powerneg specifically - You're from the Netherlands I assume seeing your name and the +31 phone number. Your interests are cute animal pictures,fantasy art (where those from the MtG card backgrounds ??) metal (gothic/symphonic,NWOBHV and nu), ridiculizing certain women (yeah....you have around 4 posts on your wall with the same content) and uhm.......also religion/politics. In a nutshell quite mainstream I have to say. What topics would you thus regard interesting to talk about regardless of the gender of the person you're talking too ??
For instance I can imagine you wouldn't mind having a meet and greet with Christina Scabbia regardless of the topic of fucking her or not.
Don't presume I was stalking you or anything (well I slightly was.....) but just see this as a way for me (seemingly a non interesting thing who has tits) to assess the situation.

@myhand: I regard feminism only as something relative. In the society where I come from I'm really not a feminist at all in that sense. On the internet though where tons of people (majority guys) feel the need to be cool and thus try to talk down on girls (you dough....bro's before hoooo's....yeah MAN)it's a different setting. Since the tendency here is somewhat one sided my so called "feminism" ensues because I would like to set things straight.
It's a bit the same with social inequality. Where I don't care much in the Netherlands about it or would actually wish for a somewhat larger seperation between rich and poor this isn't the same for 3rd world countries. Where in the Netherlands I didn't get worked up about social differences, I do feel sorry and think it's unfair in India and/or Ghana.
So the situation and times make me something or not...it's not a fixed value. With most of my female friends my stances on "feminism" are quite mild or non excistant actually.

@Fridge guy: You're not judging are you ?? As I recall you were the one who at first actually tried to label me based on me being a girl. It wasn't I who put the emphasis on that part if you can remember. Regardless or not whether you talked or accepted me as a rival or teammate in games fact remains I've actually had multiple games in which I've shown to be more then just a body with tits on it. There's also traces of a functioning brain in me I suppose. Bottom line being - think before you say you can't judge.

@icvotria: I can see where your confusion originated from. Like already said I wasn't aware myself that this was a singular response and not a general response to all women. What I do not get though was the association this could have with male sexism. So far as I can see it's another topic of a male branding women in a certain way. You can get onto your male high horse all you like, but the relevance eludes me.

@all warlight members: This thread being interesting or not.....it's for all to decide themselves. Top 40 wise you also don't look at the quality of a song much but rather at the amount of times people have watched it or bought it (depends on the country).
On regards of actual response and reactions I would actually like to say that while people might hate this thread and find it an irritating way of attention-whoring (if they are of such a mind).....the numbers don't lie.

Aranka - You've misunderstood. If the post had've been making the generalisation that men only talk to women because they want to fuck them, I would think that this was more insulting for men than for women. I was wondering if any males did find it insulting, as I think it is often an unconsidered position where sexism is concerned. Sexism towards women isn't something that arises because of men's views on women, it comes about because of sociological expectations of both of the sexes. It's not all men's fault, it is society's fault. When I said I was about to jump on my high-horse, it was a feminist one, although I'm not particularly keen on the word 'feminist', as I have a more holistic view of gender issues. She was right. Its hard for a guy to settle with one girl. She really has to be special, combine many qualities in her at once and even then, since you get so vulnerable that you would basically do anything for her, you will have the greatest difficulties in trusting her. With regards to the sexism....I do sometimes steer back to that but that's only because the guys here are so stubborn and refuse to admit that women if not better are surely equal to men.

Sigh... he isn't claiming one of the sexes are better just that they are different. I agree with Fridge here that changing the metaphor was stupid. He especially used just neutral objects to not offend everyone so why changing it to making something better than the other needed to be done eludes me.

I think you still have jetlag Aranka since the quality of arguments you present decline. Women and men should be equal in the sense of law, women and men will never be equal same as 2 different groups of people will never be equal. For example I am very good at economics and mathematics, but I'm much worse in keeping my room tidy which makes me better in some areas than most women and worse in some ares than most women... I really detest how modern feminists demand much more than equality, for example parities are an example of disequality and preferable treatment towards women. Men and women are not equal, they do not need to be. People misinterpret the word equal using it with a scaling context trying to prove who is better/worse, when in fact in modern society (not all countries by any means) the word equal is nothing more than an empty phrase. Equal is only used in the context of treatment and, at least on the professional field you are free to demand it and you will receive it, on other fields it's just personal preference.

Really empowered women do not need to use the word equal in the same way really confident people do not need external affirmation. You may be bright, but the words you choose make you look very childish in the understanding of many things.
